  • Legal or regulatory authorities — where required by law or regulation

  • Business transactions — in the event of a sale, merger or acquisition (with confidentiality safeguards)
     

We will never sell your personal data for marketing purposes without your consent.
 

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside the UK/EEA (for example by Wix, Google, WasteLogics). Where transfers occur, we ensure adequate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) to protect your rights.

We will retain your personal data no longer than necessary:

  • Waste service / duty of care records — retained in line with environmental / waste legislation (e.g. up to 2–3 years)

  • Financial, accounting or audit records — typically retained for 6 years for HMRC purposes

  • Marketing data / consent records — retained until you withdraw consent or opt out

  • Analytics logs / technical data — retained for limited periods for performance, security and optimisation
     

After expiry of retention periods, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
